Showers of r. are passing; puhbahmebesah. It r. by intervals; tuhtáhwebesah. The r. is cold; tuhkebesah. It ceases raining; ishquáhbesah. He walks or travels in the r.; kemewunishkah, v.n.1. Rapid (rapids); báhwetig. A place where there are r.; báhweting. The river is rapid, or there are rapids; kezhéejewun, v.i.6. The r. are long; kenoojewun. The r. are heard; muhdwajewun. There is a strong r. over the rocks; kuhkahbekéjewun. In the middle of a r.; nahwahjewun. Along the r. of a river; chigáhjewun. He shoots the r.; nésheboono.
